Vision – Where is God taking us?

• We are called to work for a return of the deeply community oriented church pictured in Acts through planting small pockets of community in house churches (outposts).

Mission (Mandate) – What are we doing?

• We aim to glorify God through extending a hand of invitation to the world in their own neighborhoods while helping disciple believers as they work to mature in their faith.

Values (Motives) – Why are we doing it?

• Because we desire to see unity in the church. In his letters to the early church, Paul declares his prayer for unity in the church more than most any other topic. The early church truly lived up to the calling of seeking after God with one heart and mind, and we desire to see this return tot he church amidst minor doctrinal disagreements.

• Because the church ought to be known for our love for each other. Jesus declared in John 13:35 “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” We seek to love our fellow followers of Christ in a way that makes the world take notice.

• Because we are passionate about discipleship. Discipleship is not separate from church - at least it should not be. We believe a key responsibility of the church to be nurturing spiritual growth in its members.

• Because we want to give God all of the glory. This method of ‘doing church’ is not profitable, nor does it bolster our leadership. This ministry is only successful if it brings glory to God at the expense of everything else.
